Seattle startup Digs raised $5M in pre-Series A funding to grow its software for homebuilders. Led by SPLY Capital, the round includes Cascade Seed Fund, Oregon Venture Fund, Flying Fish, Portland Seed Fund, and Lanthorne Homes. Digs organizes documents, boosts team communication, and turns build plans into interactive 3D digital twins. Nearly 10,000 homes use the platform, with fast-growing revenue. The funds will expand the product and team.
